De Kosterij is the holiday accommodation of Atelier De Heerlijkheid, a fully restored national monument farmhouse dating back to 1839 in the quiet village of Bokhoven, near 's-Hertogenbosch. You will stay in a place with character: atmospheric rooms, a beautiful breakfast room, a paradisiacal garden, and a private bathroom. Sometimes, you can even join us for dinner.
B&B rooms
Individual rooms can only be booked in combination with a workshop or course at the studio. Rates for 2026 (excl. breakfast and tourist tax):
€ 75 per night — 1 person
€ 95 per night — 2 people
Tourist tax: € 5 p.p.p.n.
Breakfast (optional): € 15 per person per day

Apartment
If you would like to stay outside of a workshop, our entire apartment is available. It consists of a dining room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, and a private garden. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, stovetop (2+1), and a mini-oven. Beds are made and towels are provided, so you don't need to bring anything.
Apartment rates 2026:
Rent (2 people): € 140 per night
Extra person (max. 2): € 25 per person per night
Cleaning fee: € 45 per stay
Tourist tax: € 5 per person per night
Breakfast (optional): € 15 per person per day
